Job summary

Arbors at Carroll is seeking an Activities Aide to organize and participate in person-specific activity programming, including one-to-one interventions, small group facilitation, and large group presentations. You will document participation and the value of approaches in the medical record to support resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist the resident activity director as needed.

• Utilize a variety of activity models (pet therapy, music therapy, art therapy).
• Develop and post monthly activity calendars.
• Document participation and outcomes in medical records.
• Foster a sense of community within the center.
• Assist with decorating for special events and seasonal parties.
• Maintain activity equipment and clean the area after use.
