You will document participation in medical records and support residents and families with engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and participates in person-specific activity programming.
• Documents resident participation in medical records.
• Assists the resident activity director as needed.
• Provides comfort and stimulation through environmental activities.
• Leads and participates in individual and group activities.
• Prepares monthly calendars and special event décor.
• Supports residents and families and coordinates community involvement.
