Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an Activities Assistant to support daily programs for residents in a long-term care setting. You will implement scheduled activities, assist residents, and help maintain attendance calendars while promoting a warm, engaging environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Prior experience in activities or creative programs is welcomed, with consideration given to those new

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Effective communicator.
• Previous creative/activity background preferred.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
