Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
Ability to lead group programs.
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public.
Experience with a long term care population/setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in activities like games, crafts, exercise sessions, and other group programs.
Provide one-on-one activities or modifications as needed based on resident assessments and care plans.
Assist with activity planning and scheduling.
Communicate with residents, families, and staff about activities and programs.
