Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an Activities Assistant for the day shift in a Maryland long-term care facility.

This full-time role requires an outgoing, energetic personality and the ability to lead daily activities for residents, with one weekend per month commitment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
