Job summary

Apploi in Minot, North Dakota is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan monthly calendars, lead group and one-on-one programs, and tailor activities to each resident's interests. You will complete activity assessments and input care plans with the care team.

You will supervise the activities assistant, organize outings and holiday events, and document participation and outcomes. The role includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, orientation, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience planning activities, recreation, or programs for groups.
• Organized, upbeat, and comfortable leading a room.
• Long-term care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan the monthly activities calendar and lead group and one-on-one programs
• Get to know each resident's interests and build activities around them
• Complete activity assessments and care plan input with the care team
• Lead and schedule the activities assistant
• Organize outings, holiday events, and volunteer and community visits
• Keep participation records and documentation up to date
