• Creates and adheres to a monthly activity calendar.
• Speaks to and interacts with residents with empathy and respect.
• Coordinates special events for residents and families.
• Transports and supervises residents on outings and doctor visits.
• Recruits and coordinates volunteers.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Provides guidance and support to staff to meet performance standards.
• Facilitates and takes minutes at resident council meetings.
