Sr Companies Llc is seeking an activities coordinator to plan, organize and lead engaging programs for residents. The role focuses on improving physical conditioning, health, appetite, and social connections through structured monthly calendars and team-based events.

The ideal candidate will interact empathetically with residents, coordinate volunteers, and support staff to deliver safe, enjoyable activities while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and policies.

• Proven skills in coordinating volunteers and events.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to meet expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Create and adhere to a monthly activity calendar for residents.
• Interact with residents, families, staff with empathy and respect.
• Coordinate events for residents, families and staff; assist community relations.
• Transport and supervise residents on outings and doctor visits.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Provide staff training and guidance to meet performance standards.
• Attend resident council meetings, take minutes, and follow up on concerns.
• Communicate effectively in the residents' preferred language.
• Adhere to HIPAA and safety policies; act as essential personnel in emergencies.
• Mentor new employees and take initiative on special projects.
• Assist in dining room service and Activities of Daily Living as needed.
