Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant at Three Rivers Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will work directly with residents to plan, coordinate and lead engaging activities that promote socialization, rehabilitation, and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Activities Experience Preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience helpful.
• Must plan, organize and conduct activities.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct a variety of activities for residents.
• Engage residents to encourage socialization and community involvement.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support activity services.
• Maintain activity supplies and document participation.
