As a compassionate team member, you will set up spaces, support participation, and report any resident behaviors to the Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities from the Activity Director and stay in accordance with each resident's plan of care.
• Set up areas as needed for the type of activity planned.
• Assist residents who desire to participate.
• Assist residents back to living areas at the conclusion of the activity.
• Notify the Director of residents' behaviors during programs.
