You will manage monthly calendars, budgets, transportation, and the Resident Council; mentor staff, coordinate the community newsletter, and help reflect our core values of love, compassion, and dignity in every activity.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading activity programs in healthcare settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Activity team with guidance and support for each resident activity.
• Designs and facilitates recreational and social programs to promote participation.
• Develops monthly activities calendar tailored to residents’ abilities and preferences.
• Oversees budget and equipment inventory for cost-effective programming.
• Manages Community transportation program, including driving the company van.
• Coordinates Resident Council and community newsletter.
