Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, recreation or related field and completion of an accredited activity director certification program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activity department operations for residents.
• Develop and coordinate a variety of activity programs.
• Coordinate the volunteer program and religious services.
• Complete required documentation for compliance and reporting.
