Job summary

The Courville at Nashua, a senior healthcare community in Nashua near Saint Joseph's Hospital, is seeking a Full-time Activities Assistant to enrich residents' lives through engaging programs and events.

Responsibilities include planning and executing activities, providing social support, and collaborating with staff. Must be energetic, organized, and flexible; HS diploma required with preference for LNA interest.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, implement and adapt activities for seniors.
• Fluent English; able to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically run daily activities to engage residents.
• Develop new activities appealing to varied interests.
• Safely transport residents to and from activities.
• Observe resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Observe residents' rights and assist in emergencies.
• Attend required trainings and work with other departments.
• Represent the facility at family and community events.
