Responsibilities

• Develop and implement person-centered activity programs fostering engagement and independence.
• Create and manage weekly and monthly activity schedules.
• Evaluate therapeutic/activities programs to reflect residents' backgrounds, participation, abilities, interests, and cognitive capacity.
• Provide one-to-one activities for residents uncomfortable with group activities.
• Supervise volunteers for in-house activities and community outings.
