Qualifications

• Experience in a residential facility or similar setting preferred.
• Experience planning events or activities is desirable.
• Compassionate, understanding personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a monthly plan of activities and events for residents of all skill and ability levels to enjoy.
• Talk with residents to learn interests, likes, and dislikes.
• Accompany residents on outings, as needed.
• Manage the department budget appropriately.
