Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and encouraging residents to join.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate activity levels.
• Prepare for success by setting up and organizing activity spaces and equipment.
• Lead and document activities such as arts, crafts, games, music, and exercise, recording participation and outcomes.
