Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking individuals to assist the Resident Programs Director in creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for residents of the community.

The role includes planning and coordinating activities, encouraging participation, providing transportation to residents as needed, and leading activities as directed. Candidates should be enthusiastic, patient, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Patient, helpful and flexible when explaining directions and answering questions.
• Ability to be enthusiastic about fun activities and to motivate participation.
• Active, valid driver’s license is required.
• No programming experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
