Senior Lifestyle seeks individuals who embody our HEART values to assist the Resident Program Director in creating, initiating, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for residents in our community. You will help plan and coordinate all activities, encourage participation, and provide transportation as needed.

Lead various activities, order supplies, and support a joyful, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Ability to engage residents in activities with enthusiasm.
• Patient, helpful, and flexible when explaining directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate and provide transportation as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities.
