Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Experience: Prior activities experience in a long-term care or special population (Preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS/CPR/AED (Required) per AHA/ARC/ISHA guidelines.
• CTR S: Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (Preferred).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Operates company vehicles as an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties to keep filing and updates accurate.
• Documents activity participation records in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with residents and departments to promote activities.
• Assists in planning, development, and implementation of activities.
• Ensures programs run according to the monthly calendar and regulations.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment and manages time to meet deadlines.
