Job summary

You will coordinate with residents and departments to promote quality life and work under supervision of the Recreation Director.

Responsibilities include managing daily activity calendars, documenting participation, and ensuring programs run smoothly while adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS/CPR/AED (AHA/ARC) within 30 days (Required).
• Driver's license valid and required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties and maintains accurate filing and updates.
• Documents activity participation and program information in a timely manner.
• Coordinates and sets up activities according to the monthly calendar and state regulations.
• Demonstrates time management to meet resident care and department deadlines.
• Maintains positive interpersonal relations with residents, patients, guests, and team members.
• Completes the workload within scheduled shift and uses downtime to prepare for events and develop new programs.
