Responsibilities

• Aides assist the recreational activities leader or activities director, helping residents use equipment and supplies.
• Prepares equipment and ensures the safety of residents during activities.
• Assist in leading participants in group activities, such as exercise classes or art projects.
• Proper record keeping of equipment and its use.
• Assist in planning programs for residents to provide socialization, relaxation and exercise.
