Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for the department and represent the residents.
• Support the Orthodontics Program and manage the residency onboarding.
• Supervise program coordinators and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation standards.
• Develop solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
