Job summary

Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate the Radiology: Xray house staff program. You will manage recruiting, scheduling, data reporting and policy guidance to ensure smooth operations on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of admin/supervisory experience; medical environment experience is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of recruiting house staff and evaluate applicants.
• Maintain computerized databases and prepare evaluation summaries.
• Prepare on-call and rotation schedules for house staff and attendings.
• Compile records and data to support program decisions.
• Prepare reports and correspondence establishing precedents.
• Organize conferences and committee meetings as directed.
• Assess program compliance with national medical guidelines.
• Prepare budget information and monthly reconciliations.
• Provide information to establish policies and direct clerical staff.
• Perform related duties incidental to the work described herein.
