Beebe Healthcare is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee the Family Medicine Residency continuity clinic, collaborating with BMG Leadership, clinical and hospital staff to implement strategic plans for growth and development. You will coordinate EMR activity, ensure policy compliance, and support staff through budgeting, reporting, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities span patient safety, staffing, access expansion, and coordinating with HR, Legal, and Marketing to sustain service

Qualifications

• Five years medical office experience required.
• GME experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality and patient safety: facilitate patient-centered care and address escalated issues.
• People: support HR functions and staff development.
• Access: increase provider productivity and new patients; enhance market share.
• Finance: develop operating and capital budgets and monitor performance.
