Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing program ideas into academic programs.
• Understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
• Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling sensitive matters.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Three years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design curricular rotations for the residency program.
• Track program expenses and troubleshoot residency issues.
• Evaluate and enhance the residency program.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME policies with the Program Director.
• Manage the program coordinator, residents and fellows; collaborate with departments and faculty to develop courses, academic and research programs.
