Job summary

Valley Health System, including Valley Hospital Medical Center, is seeking a qualified administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of the ACGME residency training program. The role supports the Program Director in recruiting, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance across multiple affiliated sites.

The administrator will coordinate with the GME Office, residents, faculty, and participating sites to ensure effective program management and adherence to financial and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of office administrative experience; healthcare/education exposure preferred.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day administration of the GME residency training program.
• Assist the Program Director with GME activities, including recruiting, regulatory compliance and accreditation.
• Manage financial resources related to GME operations and act as liaison among residents, GME Office, faculty and participating sites.
