Job summary

Christ Community Health Services (CCHS) in Memphis, TN, seeks a Program Director to lead a new ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. The PD provides physician leadership for education, research, grants, budgeting, recruitment, and resident training while delivering direct clinical care as a board-certified family physician within a team-based primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Graduation from an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Active Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide residency education administration, including oversight of curricular areas.
• Develop and coordinate resident curricula and program evaluation.
• Oversee residency policies with compliance to CCHS, ACGME, ABFM, and ABOFP requirements.
• Oversee clinical supervision and resident evaluation processes.
• Lead grants and budget management for residency program.
