Qualifikationen

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for Tennessee medical licensure and DEA registration.
• Experience teaching or mentoring medical students or residents preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical supervision and teaching to residents during rotations in family medicine.
• Design, implement and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for residents.
• Participate in didactic education and curriculum development with faculty.
• Evaluate residents' clinical skills, knowledge, and professionalism on a quarterly basis.
• Lead scholarly activities and support resident involvement in research or quality improvement.
• Collaborate with Program Director and other faculty to advance residency goals.
