Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residency and fellowship programs under the Residency Program Director. You will ensure timely submission of house staff appointments and maintain rotation schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating resident/fellow interviews, verifying credentials via ERAS, implementing New Innovations modules, and organizing orientation.

Qualifications

• 3 years administrative experience in a medical and/or academic setting.
• Certified as TAGME (Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education) preferred

Responsibilities

• Submit house staff appointments and maintain rotation schedules.
• Implement New Innovations residency management software and train users.
• Organize Orientation Day and onboarding for new residents and fellows
