Corewell Health’s Residency Program Coordinator supports the Residency Program Director in developing and managing operations for the Internal Medicine residency, ensuring accreditation excellence and a high-quality training experience.
The role is hybrid, with on-site presence 1–2 days per week and occasional weekends for program events. Strong organization, teamwork with faculty and residents, and managing schedules, records, and committees are essential.
This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 1–2 days per week on average, with the needed flexibility to be onsite more frequently based on residency program needs. Occasional weekend hours are also required to support key program events such as graduations, retreats, and special meetings.
