The advisor works collaboratively with Student Affairs and the Residency Development Specialist to ensure successful career outcomes for students. The UCR School of Medicine's Office of Student Affairs is dedicated to supporting medical students throughout their academic journey, from admission to graduation. The department offers a comprehensive suite of services, including academic advising, career and residency guidance, financial aid assistance, wellness resources, and student life programming. Its mission is to foster student success by providing equitable access to resources and cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. The full salary range for the Residency and Career Advisor is $61,000 - $106,800 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $83,900 annually. Base salary offers depend on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
