The Internal Medicine Residency Program Coordinator at University of California, Riverside manages recruitment and onboarding for residents and fellows in the department of Internal Medicine, while supporting the Program Director and providing program analytics.
Primary work location is San Bernardino with regular involvement at the UC Riverside campus. This 50% FTE appointment ends June 30, 2027, with possible renewal; compensation aligns with education, licensure and experience.

The Internal Medicine Residency Program Coordinator manages all aspects of the resident recruitment and selection process, manages all day-to-day operational aspects for the designated residency program, which includes residency and fellowship programs that fall under the department of Internal Medicine and participates in long-range planning and development of the program, financial analysis, manages resident admissions and onboarding activities, provides analytical and programmatic support to the Program Director(s), and serves as a resource to residents in matters such as establishing library privileges, coordinating employment and benefits matters with SOM Human Resources, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Primary location is in San Bernardino, 1890 N. Waterman Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404; however, may work out of the UCR campus office on a regular basis as well.
Classification is limited at 50% FTE. This appointment has a definite term that will begin on the date of hire and end on June 30, 2027. The appointment will automatically terminate on June 30, 2027, unless it is renewed and extended prior to that date.
Full hourly pay range: $31.16 - $47.39 per hour. Salary offers based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other organizational factors.
