Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Residences Intern for Summer 2027 to support a luxury residence lobby experience. Qualifications

• Minimum three months of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Studies toward a degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Working knowledge of technology and computer systems.
• Genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests with hospitality and professionalism.
• Handle packages, faxes, messages, and mail; coordinate with Valet for vehicle retrieval.
• Manage building access for vendors/contractors and scheduling; verify identities.
• Provide local information and recommendations to residents.
