Greystone Programs Inc. in Hyde Park, NY is seeking a Health Care Coordinator for a Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, 40-hour position. The role focuses on compassionate direct care in a residential setting for adult males with developmental disabilities.

You will assist the RN and Residence Manager with medical appointments, medication administration and health data tracking, while pursuing AMAP certification if needed—training is provided. This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have AMAP certification or ability to obtain within 3–6 months.
• Experience in direct care for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, in Hyde Park, NY.
