Job summary

You will manage housing content updates, oversee the housing selection process, and collaborate with campus partners to support events and daily operations, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in residence life or housing operations.
• Proficiency with StarRez and Ellucian Banner.
• Strong experience with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dashboards within the StarRez housing database to reconcile data between university software.
• Reviews housing and dining billing for accuracy.
• Updates all information on the Residence Life website.
• Manages housing-related communications and materials.
• Oversees annual housing selection process and serves as primary student contact.
• Oversees weekly building occupancy and swipe reports.
• Reviews and updates the Dining Dollars contract and reviews student accounts as backup.
• Creates reports from StarRez and Banner for Residence Life and campus partners.
• Trains staff in StarRez usage and ensures system protocol compliance.
• Creates process narratives for housing operations and living agreements.
• Assists with data collection and analysis of housing trends and compliance.
• Acts as liaison between Residence Life and Athletics, Student Access Services and Student Financial Services.
