Qualifications

• Strong experience with all Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dashboards within the StarRez housing database to facilitate reconciliation of data.
• Reviews billing to ensure accuracy related to housing and dining charges.
• Regularly reviews and updates information on the Residence Life website.
• Oversees annual housing selection process and communicates with students.
• Oversees weekly building occupancy and swipe reports.
• Creates reports from StarRez and Banner for stakeholders.
• Assists in training staff in using StarRez and ensures system compliance.
• Creates and maintains process narratives for housing operations.
