Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Assistant Director of Operations and Housing Operations Manager to execute administrative processes, including room condition reports, health and safety inspections, room verifications, and damage billing.
• Partners with ARAMARK Facilities to resolve facilities related issues and identify building needs.
• Submits written reports as required, including maintenance reports, incident/referral reports, damage reports, room and lounge inspections forms, housing rosters.
• Assists with the development and implementation of strategies to minimize vandalism and damage; provides information for damage assessment to the Assistant Director of Operations.
• Ensures condition documentation for each room and shared spaces; monitors common/recreational areas and laundry room upkeep.
• Serves as an active leader in opening/closing within residence halls during vacations and year start/end periods.
• Mediates conflicts among students; oversees roommate changes and implements roommate agreements.
• Assists with StarRez housing/roommate assignments; supports publicity and education initiatives.
• Oversees and manages community programming budgets.
• Completes weekly visual checks of residence areas to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Regularly evaluates and improves processes to ensure equitable residential opportunities for students.
