Job summary

As a student worker, you will learn Residence Life policies, attend training, and assist with administrative tasks while ensuring coverage at the front desk and helping with guest registrations.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time on campus student at Southern New Hampshire University.
• Federal Work-Study may be prioritized.
• Policy violations will be reviewed before offers or candidacy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be present at the front desk and accessible to community members.
• Welcome visitors and direct them as needed.
• Learn Residence Life policies and processes.
• Attend training before shifts.
• Answer questions or direct to offices/resources for answers.
• Support Res Life staff with administrative tasks.
• Submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Help track program supplies and equipment.
• Document concerns and share with supervisor.
• Coordinate with Residence Life staff or Public Safety for escalated situations.
• Enforce Residence Life policy.
• Assist with guest registration.
