Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education or relevant years of experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Proficiency in relevant systems, databases, and software applications.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Office of Residence Life to support student success.
• Coach and develop professional staff and oversee RA performance.
• Oversee housing operations including assignments and occupancy management.
• Coordinate onboarding and professional development for ORL staff.
• Respond to student concerns and emergencies, ensuring safety.
• Represent the university at recruitment events.
