Posting Summary

Rutgers is seeking a Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) for Rutgers Residence Life, reporting to the Associate Director of Residential Communities. The RLC manages daily operations, activities, and services for 400 to 1500 students in residence halls and/or apartments. Key duties include supervising staff, developing inclusive community programs, responding to resident concerns, advising student leaders, supporting campus culture, and participating in training and staff evaluations.

• Salary Range: $57,356 - $85,388 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in student affairs, higher education, or related field
• Two (2) years of graduate/professional residence life experience
