The Residence Life Live-On Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing our department’s mission. Reporting to an Associate Director, this position supervises up to 6 Resident Assistants and oversees daily operations in facilities housing approximately 200 students. Responsibilities include:
This position may be classified as a Residential Education Specialist Professional or Intermediate Professional, depending on experience and education. A Bachelor's Degree is required for the Specialist level; higher levels require additional qualifications.
Required clearances include: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check. A valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle records check are also required.
This is a live-in, 10-month or 83.3% FTE position, with full benefits.

The salary range is $42,100 - $67,300 annually.
