Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Student Affairs, this entry-level position emphasizes student engagement, collaboration with campus partners, and professional growth within Housing and Residence Life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in residence life or student affairs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop student staff.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support residential communities that promote connection and belonging.
• Maintain visibility in residential areas through meetings and events.
• Coordinate residence hall programs and assess their impact.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Resident Assistants.
• Provide student support and referrals to campus resources.
• Assist with housing operations and on-call duties.
