Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent at the Residence Inn Portland Downtown/RiverPlace. You will greet guests, check in with warmth, manage reservations, and handle requests to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

You’ll coordinate with the team, maintain accurate guest accounts, and uphold standards for service, security, and cleanliness. Hotel experience and familiarity with management software are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
