Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food & Beverage, or 4-year degree with 2–3 years, or 2-year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and drive profitability by managing teams with the General Manager.
• Proactively identify and tackle challenges to keep hotel operations flowing efficiently.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and develop team members through programs.
• Listen actively and maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests.
• Work with financial data to support hotel operations.
• Utilize Windows OS for management and reporting tasks.
• Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four-year degree with 2–3 years, or a two-year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Supervisory background required.

• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
