Qualifications

• Must be a student in good standing at UWM (part-time status).
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0.
• Willingness to work overnights, holidays, weekends, and breaks.
• Must pass University Criminal Background Check and University Housing Behavior Check.
• Basic computer skills (Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Staff service desks and greet residents, guests, and staff.
• Answer phones and emails, distribute mail, update inventory, and process payments.
• Monitor entrances/exits and enforce UH policies.
• Respond to emergencies, fire alarms, medical incidents, and elevator entrapments.
• Attend mandatory trainings and maintain professional integrity.
