Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location.
• Greet visitors professionally and verify access authorization; issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems; report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies per site procedures and notify leadership or emergency services.
• Assist with directing visitors, managing deliveries, and answering phones at the front desk.
