Qualifications

• Eighth grade education or equivalency.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have the ability to understand cleaning chemicals and their application and dilution rations.
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Must be available via cell phone during working hours.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces and carpet areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of offices, residential halls, public areas, bathrooms, conference rooms, and dining centers.
• Possibly assist with event setup and conference operations duties depending on location.
• May train and oversee others and respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
