Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is seeking a Pray-Sims Desk Receptionist to support residence hall operations. This student hourly position offers an starting hourly rate of $9.00 and requires working up to 25 hours per week during academic terms.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, assisting with guest registration, answering questions, coordinating mail, managing messages, and supporting hall services.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests of the hall.

• Facilitate equipment checkout.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Assist students with documenting/submitting work orders.
• Keep front desk environment organized and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Hall Director.
