• Availability for nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests of the hall.
• Assist in facilitating guest registration.
• Provide information and answers to questions; post notices as needed.
• Facilitate equipment checkout and distribute mail.
• Assist with documenting work orders and keeping the desk organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Hall Director.
