Job summary

You will oversee hall operations, lead student leaders, and participate in cross-campus collaborations while maintaining strong crisis response and communications skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of leadership experience in a student housing position.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of college students and work well with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-mail systems; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on student success, engagement, and leadership.
• Oversee daily operations of a residence hall.
• Lead a team of student leaders.
• Gain experience in community engagement, supervision, crisis response, and leadership development.
